    Hi all

Been out today to buy new school shoes for son. He says school shoes I say football boots. He gets through them in a month but cannot see concept of changing into trainers to play football:eek::mad:

Bless him. Am feeling a bit baah humbug as kids knocking at door for trick or treat and my kids are at their dads so have put do not disturb sign up cause I forgot to buy sweets:eek:

I do find it strange that you tell your kids not to talk to strangers and then at this time of year we let them knock on peoples doors. No parents just small kids do not understand this:o

Bah humbug anyway that is me tonight missing kids and sulking:confused:
PMSL. That about the talking to strangers is so true..

These are pretty easy to work out as two of them had the loan and ppi and then loan interest and PPI interest seperate (still on the same agreement though) so not hard to do. I want all four but they have only redressed two and are quite happy to look into the other two if I have the paperwork to which I do for one:D . The adjudicator then spoke to me this afternoon and said although I did not have the paperwork for the very first one the second one was to pay off the first (I have said that it looks to be that way from the paperwork I have here!!!) so maybe they will then be able to work from this. I will just have to wait and see but I should be ok with the 1999 one as I do have the settlement breakdown. The statuory interest is 8% per annum simple.... I have worked this out on the bank charges calculator however that works it. That is simple i think from what i can tell!!

They use this method as this is what the courts use too.

Marshallka I am so pleased for you really am sure it will all be OK honestly I am just so glad you have had positive. Was not trying to put damper on things honestly was just letting you know my story. It will be a very nice xmas for you I think:rotfl::T:T

Hiya Anne Jade, thanks for the support here.

I have not heard off anything else from the FP complaint only waiting for the Ombudsman to get back about having to go through the insurer... I am not in the "as one" as far as I am aware with the FP thing.

I want it sorting though and have emailed the adjudicator that told me that I had to claim through the insurer to check that I am not going to go through all of this and then get told "sorry no can do" again:eek: .

It is good news about the Co-op ones but will be better news when they accept the misselling of all four as its only two as yet...

Just can't wait til next week or so now.. I will be happy to lay it to rest then:D
