Yes, I have the agreement of them both and the settlement of the 1999 loan but nothing at all on the 1997 loan..?? Although the 1999 was to repay the 1997 loan so maybe they will be able to work something out. I should now be offered redress on the 1999 one I think... They do not have any settlement figures but I do luckily...

I'm sure it will all be sorted out.;)
Would old bank statements also help? if you still have any of them?, I know its a few years ago now, but repayment wise, on the repayments you were paying and the amount that went in??;)
Happy to know you have the settlment figures.......:D  .

I know the repayments and they know all the settlement details of the 1999 loan (or shoud I say will do as i have scanned this and sent it to the adjudicator for sending on to co-op). I also have the agreement with the repayments etc on the 1997 loan and this was settled when we took the 1999 loan out.

The repayments were fixed and on the agreements.

Yes this is the way I looked at it too, WOW, loadsa dosh coming your way Marshallka......:j :T , at last the good news you needed to hear.......:T  , wow, this has made my day so much after everything Marshallka has been through of late.:j
Loadsa dosh if I can get all four otherwise only half ish and that I will not be happy at. They have the details of another loan (the 1999 one) now that they did not have on their systems but luckily I did have. The very old one was repaid at the time we took this one so they should be able to work figures out from there surely...

These other two are another £4K ish with statutory interest..

    Fantastic, they should help then.:D :j :T .
Did the adjudicator actually email you, or did you contact him for a bit of a nudge and then you knew the outcome ?;)

    thanks maxdp,,

I hope the others are redressed too as they don't have the settlement of the 1999 one or 1997 one but I do have the 1999 one.

Also maxdp, the 1999 loan (settled 2000) was to pay the 1997 i think so should they repay even though I do not have the paperwork do you think. I do for 1999 one if you know what i mean...

Co-op has informed me it is prepared to review the two earlier policies taken out about 10 years ago, however it does not have sufficient information to offer redress at this time. It says it requires from you evidence of the total settlement figure you paid, and how much the monthly premium was. If you have copies of account statements to verify this please let me have them so that I can pass them to Co-op.

    Hi Marshallka

Yes that is the same wording that they put onto mine. Hopefully for you the Co op may play ball. Barclaycard Loan did not I still have had no workings out just an amount paid into the bank. I queried this and it looked as though they had forgotten to take into consideration my 2002 loan (Well OH not mine, none of these were mine) So they settled two in July and after much tooing and froing they then decided we were due another 500. I did not accept this cause these loans were all refinanced and not stand alone lones. They would not take that into consideration but after explaining to our adjudicator they finally saw what we were saying . To date and after much nagging from me we still have not heard anything as Barclaycard are very busy. Lots of mis selling to sort out me thinks:confused:. Hopefully you should be OK for the other earlier ones Marshallka the only thing I would say is make sure that they know they were refinanced and not stand alone cause otherwise you will get shafted.

Hopefully Co op have their act together and are more accommodating than the ones I am chasing. I still have had no breakdown of figures and cause I did not get a full SAR (it was in the early days) I am not able to check the figures.

The one thing I do not understand and hopefully somebody can explain to me is why the interest is simple and not cumulative cause as far as I am aware it should be.:D

Saying all that I know you will check the figures correctly. The FOS do not check them they assume wrongly:eek: that the lenders will follow their letters but they do not. Do not want to put a damper on things just trying to warn you.

Mine upheld in April first payment July, which was wrong still waiting for proper settlement.

These are pretty easy to work out as two of them had the loan and ppi and then loan interest and PPI interest seperate (still on the same agreement though) so not hard to do. I want all four but they have only redressed two and are quite happy to look into the other two if I have the paperwork to which I do for one:D . The adjudicator then spoke to me this afternoon and said although I did not have the paperwork for the very first one the second one was to pay off the first (I have said that it looks to be that way from the paperwork I have here!!!) so maybe they will then be able to work from this. I will just have to wait and see but I should be ok with the 1999 one as I do have the settlement breakdown. The statuory interest is 8% per annum simple.... I have worked this out on the bank charges calculator however that works it. That is simple i think from what i can tell!!

They use this method as this is what the courts use too.
