  • Thanks for your reply Di
In the letter they have said that they sold me the PPI correctly and will not be refunding any of my premiums and if I have any further questions I should write back to them within 4 weeks

    Thanks SnowyH

    Thanks hun
Get another letter then in hunni, they should then send you a final response with an enclosed leaflet if this is not successful again.;)

Now timescale on this to ask for will depend how soon out of the 8 weeks they sent back on the first letter you sent, for instance, if they sent you the first response back within 4 weeks of the first letter then they have 4 weeks to get back, then its classed as 8 weeks, hope this helps and good luck.;)

I know your buys now hun sorting your stuff out via Co op etc, but just to ask you as I have not done this yet, can you remember what I was going to ask Endeavour - HFC for?, was it something to do with the terms and conditions or the insurance document etc, I think its time for me to ask for this, think you may know why.;)

Should have done this before but not got round to it due to other matters, but its time I did I think.:D Cheers hun x

Marshallka, that is awful about the tax:mad:

I thought I read somewhere that they (the company) had to pay the tax and the amount offered included that so you weren't out of pocket?

I wish I could remember where I read that.

wow pinknico, I hope you find this info for me. I will have to contact them though as they will find out in a few years time and don't want to be lumbered with a tax bill there but could I perhaps set it off against my tax code and not pay it as I don't pay tax at the mo... .
