    Marshallka,
It was end of June it was posted and I remember receiving the letter from them to acknowledge it in July.

I remember posting another in July then having it returned to me that was the Endeavour one, then it was sent in again about an unfair rebate, this is the 3rd time now dealing with this now through the HFC and yet they are all the same flippin company.

Just recieved a response from FOS after I emailed them and asked for them to try and fast track my complaints and they have said that they have sent them to a team that decides whether to fast trak for adjudication or not. They said that I should hear in the next two weeks. I won't hold my breath.

    Hello there
I hope they move this on for you then hun, if you've not heard from them within the fortnight contact them again to find out what is happening, good luck.;) x

 I have just received a letter from the co-op to say the money will go into my current account within 5 working days in TWO parts. It also says that

Please note that whilst no tax has been deducted from your payment, the interest is still taxable and should be included on your Self Assessment return. If you do not normally receive a SA return you should tell the tax office about any untaxed interest.

Then on the repayments it states that on the 2001 loan it includes £77.36 on the 2002 loan £71.38 and on the 2004 loan £100.93:mad:

I cannot believe this as no-one else has ever reported this...Input anyone..

They are saying we owe £250 to the TAX MAN for this....I am so blummin annoyed..

    Marshallka

Were you earning then. You probably would not have to pay tax on this if you were not.

Re-reading the email from the FOS consultant this morning (HFC), she states that she wanted to attach the reference number on the "case", mis read this somehow this morning, but as I have not actually filled in a new form for this wonder what she meant by attach it to the "case"?

I had given her the reference number that was on the letter dated 12th Nov sent from her (FOS) which told me that they had sent the details to HFC.

I just need to know what we are supposed to do from here really just to be sure, with Hamilton I've worked out this is actually the 4th attempt really now....

This is what I received from the adjudicator

Co-operative Bank has now told us it would be prepared to pay the following redress for each policy in full and final settlement of your complaint as a goodwill gesture:

Marshallka like what Maxdp said, if you were not actually earning yourself, surely you should not have to pay it, of course unless you were earning then....maybe...
