    Hi there hun
So you've had this confirmed then.
Yet someone said on here the other say that BH were covered by GISC, I assume someone had told them that, it gets all so confusing doesn't it?

Now with the FLA, yes they can be a waste of time but it depends I think if they have the companies listed - "I think", but yet some have been lucky enough through the FLA, contact them to see what they have to say and take it from there hun, just give them a go.;)

Court would be another option - and probably a quicker method too. x
I know people say this at times but unless you ring and ask then there is so much conflicting information. I almost knew that Black Horse were not GISC members as I have seen so many posts about them but with someone saying it its always better to ask.

I know BH are linked to LLoyds TSB, but unfortunately not covered then, if only these rebate issues were so easy to tackle this would be another way of reclaiming money back as a 2nd option if anyone believes they did not receive a fair rebate when settled the loan......if not able to claim on the mis sold side of things if mis sold!

Even though I settled mine in Nov 2005 (EPF) but passing the flipping buck ! HFC were the bank here and dealt with the rebate as far as the FOS are concerned, and each time they all go back to Endeavour, just because these were not covered by anyone then !!

Its another escape route for them !

So sorry to hear this for you robbie.. Are you willing to go through the courts...??

Hi thanks I'm not sure yet. But I don't think I can face it. Having said that I'm still waiting on my agreements, so haven't put in my complaint to these companies yet but from what i have read about BH and Welcome I have no chance!

Damn its so frustrating isn't it ?

Like what many of us said many times if mis selling no matter what year it was we should still have rights to reclaim on this, its so discriminating !!!

Okay wonder if the FLA will deal with Welcome then ?
    Just a thought.....

Just left my response on the successes forum. Both HSBC and Abbey have upheld my complaints! Just waiting to hear back from my other Abbey loan but that should be upheld, seeing as I'm claiming under the same circumstances as the other loans. So happy! Thanks so much for everyone's help and encouragement.
