PPI Reclaiming discussion Part III

Di, just rang the adjudicator again re the co-op other loans as I was told two weeks ago that he had given them two weeks and two weeks were up this week. All I ever see from this service is the firms leading the way with everything... or is it just me. I wonder if the adjudicator is off ill or something although surely it would give you another phone number of someone that could deal in cases like this... I am getting annoyed now. I have signed for two loans and not heard anything back yet and the other two are still being investigated but nothing since then. :mad: :mad:

I don't even have any amounts of what they are offering back yet but believe me I will back again if they are wrong in any way... I know what i am claiming back and these are not complicated amounts...they are very straight forward..

Well last Friday I was told 10 days and I expect that will be working days, so I have over a week to go yet.....

Di, i thought you were waiting and your two weeks were up last week... with the Lloyds one. ..

I received this on the 10th November

I have sent the relevant information regarding the other two loans to Co-op and we normally allow each party 2 weeks to respond. I am expecting its reply by next week, but if I hear anything before then I will let you know


That was written to me on the 10th and he said that he would hear by this week and although I have emailed and left voice messages he has not got back. :mad: :mad:

Its so frustrating just not knowing....

Yes hun the 2 weeks were up last week (WEDS), then I emailed the adjudicator last week to tell him that I have no copy of the letter query regarding the ppi April 2004, he said he would review within 10 days, that was last week but did not reply about the earlier emails......

Perhaps he is too soft with these firms !!

I have just looked at when I sent him proof of the settlement of the other loans and it was 31st October so they have had three weeks now...

Di, I realise these things take time but if they are redressing the others just like that then they were all sold the same and I want the other two redressing. I think i stumped them as they say they had no records but would gladly look into these and they were expecting me to not have any too but I did... I know its a long drawn out thing and I am grateful to the FOS for this but I think sometimes a little email update does not go amiss here ....

Yes I agree hun, an update does no harm, it eases your mind a little and it would be a comfort to know its being dealt with.

I think they do need to take on more staff again though as they are so over-run with these complaints.

Welcome to the queue. You think as soon as it is upheld that is it. In my looooooong experience of this it goes on and on. Hope you have more luck than me Marhsallka cause I am losing the will to live at moment.:rotfl:
