Sorry to hear that Anne.Jade........:mad: , that is maddening, your right its your money and they still have to pay it back - so why wait, its not your fault !:mad:

Yeah it's sitting in their account when it should be in mine. I dunno, seems I have to fight for justice for everything. I told them if they don't give it back to me now I will contact ABTA, lol that will probably take years if they are anything like the FOS!!!

Did you mean 2:D00 usually welcome finance are huge amounts of PPI. But well done anyway. Good luck

Have you got your puter sorted out now Di? Give us a shout if you haven't - might be able to help as I fix em for a living.

This is my first posting and could do with some advice. I took a loan out with HFC Bank in 2005 for 5 years. Id never had a loan before so when I was told I needed PPI with my loan I just went along with it. I sent my first letter to them last week and got a reply today saying they are looking into it and will get back to me in due course.
Im confused though as to whether I should be claiming back the PPI as a whole or just the payments that Ive made to them in the last 3.5 years?
Also Im not sure what figure I should have in mind as to how much I will get back. If they make me an offer how do I know whether its the full amount or not?

The problem seems to be on the internal battery I think, I have to keep my charger on charge on the lappy all the time or it will go off automatically.... , today it seems to be okay.

You'd be better to take the battery out and keep the lappy on mains if possible, makes it a lot lighter too!
