Cause they sick barstewards. They were going to let her go after about three weeks in the local market and the uncle was going to find her and claim the money. I always believe that a child needs to stay with their family and work with that family but that poor child needs to be elsewhere. It is so sickening. What with that and that 17 month old baby. It makes me sick and heads need to role. That was not professional care. My god it makes me so cross:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Yes we have a claim going through FSCS for Picture. They have ceased trading . FSCS are dealing with all their complaints. We completed a claim form in Sept and FSCS are going through it. They have been taken over by 'Picture the Loan' We borrowed £35000 and PPI was added for £8850 but the total cost of PPI will be £16200!!! (for five years cover.)
I requested a copy of my terms and conditions from Picture Financial and compared it with the original and they differed in that on the original it didnt show the full cost of the PPI but on the copy they sent me it did. Both copies are now with FSCS. It would be worth requesting a copy from them to compere. FSCS are still investigating them and say they should be declared in default soon
It was Picture Financial who referred me to FSCS.

Just posted a letter on behalf of my boyfriend to claim back £200 from a mis-sold ppi from welcome finance. Time will tell whether or not he will get his money back.

Grrrrrrrrr I am so mad!!

Nothing to do with PPI I just need to rant!! I had flights booked with XL who went bust. It was covered by ATOL so I sent off my claim form to the travel agent I booked with. Anyway it turns out that the travel agent only sent the deposit to XL of £225 and they have now been holding the balance of £311 since the middle of September. This is my money!!! They said they are not doing any refunds until the week commencing 15 November because that's their year end!!! Yet another load of thieving barstewards!!!

Was that the full amount of PPI they added to your boyfriends loan ?
There should be interest to claim back too.;)
