    Hi there
No Picture Financial are no longer trading, and some members on here are registered with the financial compensation scheme (FSCS) here who investigate companies and compensate instead if the loan companies are unable too, check this link out here and get in touch with them, they will send you a form and take it from there.

Good luck and please let us know how you get on.

Think we left posts earlier for you too.......sorry if you missed them.;)

  • hi there,

I'm new to the site and having read quite a few of the posts I was just wondering if anyone has had any success with reclaiming PPI charges from HSBC (personal loan) or egg (credit card)?

    Any info gratefully received

    Thanks

    Ben

Hi There. Welcome, I have not but there are people on here who have. It all depends on the reasons you are claiming these PPI back.:D

    Hi Ben

    Check this link out here:
    http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/ppi-loan-insurance

On the link you will find some useful PPI info, there is a mis selling check list, check that out and see what occurs to you.

If any of them occur to you, there is also a template on the link, you can sue this to write your letter, but obviously add your own reasons and any further information possible to support your complaint.

They have 8 weeks to respond, if not successful, you may get the chance to write further until you receive the final response which should mention the Financial ombudsman service, and an enclosed leaflet.
Post by recorded delivery, to keep an eye on the timescales of 8 weeks.

Keep us posted, so we can guide you to the next step.

    Good luck.;)

Hi everyone has anyonw heard anything else about Picture and wether they are in default yet? Like everyone else we sent our form to the FSCS in August and still not heard. We had our complaint upheld bythe FOS and also are questioning the validity of our loan due to never having enough equity in our house. Any news would be appreciated Thanks
