Hi Maxdp yip feeling much better today not 100% but better than yest.

Been off work since Dec 07 had really bad flu (never want it again ever) but at the time also was feeling really stressed with work and my oldest son uuuurgggghhhhh its a long story, basically been taking them since then. Only been taking these ones now for month and a half, stronger dose aswell, thought it was the side affects but better today so think its a stomach bug.

Hope you are ok too maxdp. Needed a break yesterday as sometimes things get too much and I know when my mind is doing overtime... needed to stop thinking and do something else.

Yeah, its so sweet, just been holding her and she is soooo gentle. We once had one that you could only hold with a gloved hand (ouchhh!!). She is gorgeous though.

Hi Just been watching rememberance. Could not attend today but OH has gone.

When kids were small they had a big hamster and the only way we could get him out of his bed was with a motorbike glove. He was fine all the rest of the time:rolleyes:

Was taking citalopram 30mg had to reduce it to 20mg as they were effecting the enzyme on my liver, neede blood tests to check it, had to go back to docs as 20mg was no good.

Taking sertraline 50mg at the minute.
