  • Hi Ladies/Genlemen,
I'm adised to bring my post here.

Could you please tell me if I can make reclaim on My loan from Halifax which I got since March 2007?

    Loan amount 13.000
    Insurance 2167.00

    Duration 62 months

Total I must pay £18.106,30 including insurance

I am paying 301 pounds monthly.

Could anyone tell me how much I could reclaim if I can???

Any additional info about how to reclaim?

Whom to contact first,(halifax or anyone else)?

Where could I get a Reclaim form? etc.. etc..

    Sincerely,

    Loan borrower.
