1 - press them for the £1,100 or thereabouts of ppi;
2 - fight them on the 'approved' limit' as opposed to credit limit issue;
3 - ask them for all payments to be refunded that I have paid after they terminated my agreement along with 161,000 other customers in Jan 08. After all, they ended the contract, so can they enforce it?! It's a question being asked on CAG. All payments made since Jan 08 total £1,300 which is more than the outstanding balance.
I'm certainly going to ask them for the PPI back or recognise that they have no agreement. If no agreement, in theory I should be able to go to court to refund the monies paid since January 08 following the termination of the agreement. No agreement, no contract, no liability on me and certainly no processing of data to 3rd parties.
Why dont you just ask them who's money funded the loan/
AsK THEM IN WRITING OF COURSE WAS IT THERE MONEY OR THERE CLIENTS MONEYY THAT FUNDED THE LOAN
eXCUSE THE SPELLING MISTAKES AS IM A BIT INTOXICATED
tahnk you:j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j0 -
