Hi Sarah.
Not a problem.;)
Is that what they told you Sarah ?
Have you all the statements you need for this, so you can double check on this?
I would also post on the Bank/credit card charges thread as well hun, see what they think on there.;)
Good luck and please let us know how you get on with this.

Little Legal Puzzle for you.
You go to a store and buy a TV, you realise that you dont have enough cash for the 100 Inch version, the sales guy in the store tells you about a FIRSTPLUS Hire Purchase that will allow you to take away the TV today . The sales guy tells you that this is the best TV in the market and the most reliable you sign up for the HP, however once you get the TV home it breaks down several times.
Bearing in mind that the sales guy told you that this was the best tv and the most reliable out of all the other TVs.
Who do you honestly think is liable and explain why?

Hello to Di3004 and the rest of the clan... Im beginning to feel at home here after months of lurking!
Well I have just completed the letter to lloyds and found a few things which I had forgotten I had. Well I took out the loan with lloyds 01/04/2005 and theres my letter I sent on the 14/01/2005 to cancel the ppi in the folder (no recorded delivery unfortunately) but there is also the date of the call I made in August of 2005 when the consultant on the phone confirmed my ppi would be cancelled. So I have requested my ppi back and send a sars request through. Cant wait to see the results of that.
As an aside how is everyone on the thread doing... I havent had chance to properly reply prior to this as I work nights and just back at work hence the ridiculous posting time.
Well keep well my friends and will update you asapand after I have moved onto the credit card charges.
