    Hi all
    I rang the FOS 2day and they told me that they have written 2 Norton with there recommendation and we should hear within 2 weeks.Is this normal practice? We know we had a good case because we had to send evidence in the fos asked for.I m now thinking if we d lost he d of written to use 1st or at the same time.Does anyone know what happens now.:confused:
