I note you have sent requests for your CCA and no joy with that, now what about a Subject access request ? (SAR) they MUST comply within 40 days and send everything they have on your account(s), but this is a little more dearer at the charge of £10 cheque or postal order payment, if you require the full letter template for this, post up where one of us will post this up for you.;)

Hi if template could be posted please will take advice tomorrow at c.a.b to see if this would benefit.. also should have a barclays manager ringing me tomorrow afternoon ( have number that bypasses india!!l.o.l.):rotfl:

Hi all
I rang the FOS 2day and they told me that they have written 2 Norton with there recommendation and we should hear within 2 weeks.Is this normal practice? We know we had a good case because we had to send evidence in the fos asked for.I m now thinking if we d lost he d of written to use 1st or at the same time.Does anyone know what happens now.
