Pm'd ya with the contact details and name etc.
Why don't you email them, and double check with them about the SAR, they may give you an idea if this has been received or not as well.;)
The Royal mail does not always disclose anything either, I have been told by the Royal mail on the phone in the past that my letters or so were still due to be posted out, then I found out then the company had already received it.... , so the Royal mail do not always get that right, I think because your ref tracking number did not pick on when they checked they just told you 15 days...., that is the gut feeling I have Boo, but email HFC there is no harm in doing that.;)
(gonna eat now folks back later)......:DThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

I have one copy with both my hubby's and my signature only, and another with EPF's signature.
Sent within the SAR.The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Right okay hun
Your okay with Halifax then.;)
How long did it take them to reply to your first letter?
If it were 6 weeks after, then really they have another fortnight (14 days).
As they have 8 full weeks to respond, or give them 14 days anyway.;)
Then if you do not hear anything at all I would still proceed with the FOS and enclose copies of correspondence you have from Halifax, also send Halifax a copy as of the complaint form as well, if they do not uphold this in your favour, as soon as they know its within the FOS they can still reconsider, if so and its good news, then let the FOS know.:D
Thanks for reply Di, i will give them a little longer as i am also waiting for my SAR but will also look over the FOS form just in case i need it.
Just as a matter of interest was looking through paper work for one of my loans and have found that i have ALL documents, parts A and B (one for me and one for bank) also the original which should have been sent back to bank. Does this make any difference to my claims? (I have three)they think they are dolls.......but they are really TROLLS:eek: (x3)0 -

Hi nutmeg
Good luck with that then hun and see what comes back within the SAR.;)
I am not too certain on that other matter to be honest, but I am sure one of the others here may know more.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
