  • Marshallka where are you, we need you so much.

    Please come back to us.
  • No as they sent my a final response after my first letter.
Mine also but i sent them the letter anyway asking them to look at my complaint again as they had not looked at all the facts. As it was an internet application i was told by one of their advisors when she called me for further details i would not get the loan without the ppi. I have asked them for the recordings and i have been told this may not be possible. Their reply basically said i signed the agreement and i was given a copy of the T&C's of the loan along with the ppi policy booklet so p**s off. Let the fight begin

    Hi everyone
requested a SAR late December, since then i have recieved two letters,

1st letter Thanyou for requesting SAR blah blah Please note ****** is not obliged to supply records held in paper format if they do not form part of a relevent filing system. In the meantime,i would be greatful if you could contact me in order to clarify the exact information you require.
i contaced them asked for all credit agreements, and telephone calls, should i be asking for anything else?
    Next day recieved a letter

    2nd letter
Ypur request for all telephone calls that have been recorded, i can confirm that they are not routinely recorded Ther may be notes relating to telephone conversations included in the SAR. If you wish us to trace specific recordings then please supply us with

Date and time of each call
    The telephone number you called
The telephone number you dailled from
The name of the colleague who dealt with your claim

Has anyone else had these questions asked? thought requesting a SAR would be straight forward as all info is in SAR request!!
Cannot remember phone calls/ times etc as was over six years ago, any suggestions folks?
they think they are dolls.......but they are really TROLLS:eek: (x3)

That is a load of rubbish. It is up to them to supply this information. Put it back in their court.

Hi as soon as you are able I would send off for the SAR, as and when you can afford to
OK, what advantage will obtaining the SAR be?
    maxdp wrote: »
You will probably find that although the Loan would be in both names the PPI only pays out to the first named on the Loan
This loan is a personal loan in my OH name ONLY.

Also as Pinknico says you could just rip up the form and throw it away. Depending on how you choose to do things
Well, I don't wish to assist them in any shape or form, they've made our life hell by refusing our DMP offer of payment.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

[FONT=&quot]This is a copy of a SAR you can see the information that they have to provide. You will then get copies of all agreements etc. Send a cheque for 10.00 and send the setter below altered for your purposes by recorded deliver.

They have 40 days from the letter request to send this to you.

This may be useful, but please bear in mind they may only go back as far as 6 years, some are lucky and may receive info going back further again.

Here is the SAR letter template below, good luck and post up anytime when y ou require further help from here.

    Thank you to Laini

Hi Nutmeg see the SAR set out below. Did you send that particular one to them. If you did and they are still not responding then you could write once more give them a week to reply and say that you will report them to the Information Commissioners Office.

    Good Luck Nutmeg
