Presume you have sent off for a SAR. .
No, we don't have the funds until the end of the month, just sent of a formal complaint re being mis sold PPI

What was your original complaint. How did you feel miss sold.
My OH has suffered with Asthma since birth, so don't feel the policy was appropiate.

Am sure Di will answer when she gets back on..
OK cheers, I'll await Di's advice.

    Thanks peeps
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional

Gosh that is quick. The usual is between 9 and 12 months now. Have you had it fast tracked?

  • Quick question, no-one from TPF can tell me when my 2 loans were repaid in full. I know these were repaid early. Where can i get this information?

No, but the letter does say they hope to resolve cases within 6 months. I am not holding out much hope for this being quick as i have read of some people on here waiting 1 year.

Hi as soon as you are able I would send off for the SAR, as and when you can afford to.

You will probably find that although the Loan would be in both names the PPI only pays out to the first named on the Loan. Also as Pinknico says you could just rip up the form and throw it away. Depending on how you choose to do things.

Just received a letter from the fos saying they have contacted TPF for further information about my case. As soon as they are able to do so my case will be passed to an adjudicator.
Lets hope this is soon x
Wow that was quick. Hope you hear good news soon
