Presume you have sent off for a SAR. .What was your original complaint. How did you feel miss sold.Am sure Di will answer when she gets back on..
Thanks peepsClick here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.
All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional0 -
Quick question, no-one from TPF can tell me when my 2 loans were repaid in full. I know these were repaid early. Where can i get this information?0

No, we don't have the funds until the end of the month, just sent of a formal complaint re being mis sold PPI
My OH has suffered with Asthma since birth, so don't feel the policy was appropiate.
OK cheers, I'll await Di's advice.
Thanks peeps
Hi as soon as you are able I would send off for the SAR, as and when you can afford to.
You will probably find that although the Loan would be in both names the PPI only pays out to the first named on the Loan. Also as Pinknico says you could just rip up the form and throw it away. Depending on how you choose to do things.:mad:0 -
