    A credit report also shows when loans were started and settled

    They say they only hold current customers details on the database and my query will have to be sent to another department as the loans have been repaid. Someone will give me a call back!! 3 times i have called and im still waiting

    Thats really bad , I can only suggest asking to be put through to that department or getting a credit report for £2. Good you already have one!!

    have just got the report and it has the settlement dates.
    Why did i not think of that, duh!!!lol

    I sent off stage 2 letter and the 2 weeks have been and gone,with no reply. Although i have sent this complaint to the fos will i contact TPF again of just leave it up to the fos now??
    Any replys will be grateful
