Hi, has anyone come across a company called Reclaim Bank Charges LTD? I am using them for my PPI claim however I can not contact them they are not answering emails/telephone so just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience? thanks0

What about a address ?

Update: phoned royal mail, no trace of my recorded item :eek: as much as I didn't want to, I called Northen Rock to see if my letter of complaint had arrived, yipee :j :j so, the clock is now ticking.

So the letter confirmed as arrived by Northern Rock is the letter that did not record on the tracking website or by ringing ?:rolleyes:

Yes correct -- you would expect their settlement figure to be higher to compensate them for lost earnings lol
Interested to know the constuent details if there are any as I want to add "a settlement calculation" to my model---but not had time to understand itaka Calculator
