    Hi

A couple of months ago after writing my first letter to Natwest I got a response off them stating that they were rejecting my claim based upon the fact that their staff are trained and would not have told me I needed PPI on my loan which was to consolidate other Natwest debt. I then wrote back and heard nothing so I have recently complained to the F.O. However they have told me that they need the letter that Natwest sent in order to investigate further. Does anybody know what the chances are of Natwest sending me another copy of the letter?

    Thanks

    Teapotty
Did you send your letter to them recorded delivery teapot...??

Yes correct -- you would expect their settlement figure to be higher to compensate them for lost earnings lol

Interested to know the constuent details if there are any as I want to add "a settlement calculation" to my model---but not had time to understand it
Turbo, I am going to send you something a little later.... Its another way of working things ....just to make you aware...;)

Tiggrae who used to help on here worked there and I think it was her company.. . She stopped posting some time ago and the last time she posted she said she was really busy and this was november... . I wonder if you perhaps contact the Minsitry of Justice to see if she is still trading.... .

Do you have complaint that she is dealing with for you??

Has this been dealt with or have you paid over any money to them??
