just had email, they have confirmed goods ready for dispatch, but the bike wasn't included. Oh well!!

I've had an email saying that my welcome gift is ready for dispatch but no bike which is a shame.
Won't hold my breath given some of the comments on here.
Can't win em' all.....now then where's the next bargain, this moneysaving is costing me a fortune!!

We ordered the Spiderman quad bike plus a couple of extras to get over £40. Despite email confirmation, when I checked, they had no order in system. So reordered everything on 'phone and was told bike would arrive after Xmas - sad, but worth waiting for.

Received one extra yesterday with delivery note saying bike 'out of stock'! So on the 'phone again - no, it's definitely still on order and will possibly be despatched on Friday (23rd)! May even get here on Saturday - Xmas Eve!

ES delivery man rings bell again this morning - parcel not big enough for bike! Oh no, it's another delivery of the SAME extra he had yesterday! Delivery note now says bike available in 2-3 weeks!

Confused? I certainly am! Think I'll have to start on the sherry!

Just been advised on the phone that even though they confirmed it was ready to be dispatched by email on the 19th it wont be as out of stock
Anyone else had the same problem? worth checking with them if youve ordered it for a Christmas present :xmassign:
