i ordered via the phone as i had problems with my card online......i was told 4-5 working days for delivery...nothing about 14 day credit check period

I called up today about a query for another order and woman in CS confirmed that i had an order for this bike showing...so fingers crossed i will get it...but from reading the other comments i don't feel so 'hopeful'

My Winnie the Pooh bike has just arrived, but the money for the Barbie trike I ordered a couple of days before that has been refunded onto my card. No contact from Empire telling me why, I shall be ringing them later.

this happens many times with both empire and kays still dont seem to improve despite many emails from unhappy people......have given up with them myself......

I ended up with 2 bikes - I thought one of my orders hadnt gone through but it obviously had as another came today! If anybody who missed out on this is in the South and wants to collect a bike for the £17.99 I paid please pm me asap otherwise I'll just return it to empire.
Would love to see someone else get their bargain wtp bike.

p.s. board guide please dont delete this as it's not a case of making money here at all just trying to get a fellow mse'er the bargain they missed out on.

was expecting a delivery today, obviously they didn't show up, so I called them up today, and was told that they had sold out, but will be sending me the free gift or so they say. Lets wait and see.

abijanzo: if u are sending it back, any chance u might be able to get them to send it my way? Do they do forwarding? I really want one of these for my nephew. Problem is I live near manchester.

Ive called up twice over the past few days and keep being told that the bike is ready tfor dispatching at their warehouse....

I have now ordered a bob the builder one with a discount for £22.50 from littlewoods reduced from £65.00..Empire stores still have no record of my order for the pooh bear bike...
