No - i'm not gonna phone them - as soon as i get cancellation e mail - I will reply and copy in chief exec with all the facts (offer, acceptance, consideration)
Then see what happens from there

I spoke to trading standards today, have been told to write to MD at Dixons Head Office & they also told me to get back in touch with them if Dixons didn't honour this price/ package. So sounds good.0

Yeah i phoned last night and threatened trading standards. Tonight im going to phone them back, now having spoken to trading standards, and see what they have to say.
I have also reported this incident to Watchdog and im going to go to the BBC and The Sun if I dont get a satisfactory outcome.0 -
