OK,OK: let's indulge in a little theorising (because it's sunday, raining and I'm bored).
having just gleaned a few ratings sites, it appears that LLL's last series regularly attracted in excess of 2m viewers.
if we were to say that 3% of audience were gulled into prop. purchase by this hideous woman and her fool of a sidekick (because prices only go up) this would equate to 60000 transactions.
a simplistic formula, I know, but with so many 'bloody idiots' out there the final figure shouldn't be dismissed out of hand.
and remember: this is just one series of one piece of !!!!!!.
'dislocation, dislocation, dislocation'.
C4 has a public service remit and should not have even considered - let alone broadcast - blatant attempts to ramp up the market by 2 prop. developers.
the bbc has got its ross's and C4 has got its krustys.
the state of british broadcasting, eh?miladdo0 -
In the Sun article, Krusty actually says:
"I have experienced negative equity and that has always coloured the advice I give to people."
Selective memory or what?
She should become part of the Critical Thinking AS level set texts :rotfl:0
