She was on London Tonite this evening and was laughably referred to by the two presenters as a property expert. Anyway Krusty confidently asserted that as interest rates are due to fall that we have reached the bottom of the market.

So Krusty still hasn't learnt her lesson and is still taking prices up. What a sleazeball.

is there any need to be so offensive and childish towards someone?!

I did like watching 'Location3'. Where else would you see someone called Hereward? Something is niggling at me that that was the woman!

Just off to get some marmite on toast before listening to Paul Temple and the Alex Affair.

Its no surprise he was on the BBC, the amount of spin they are trying to put on things is unbelievable, they should be investigated in my opinion, luckily none of the ramping is working.

Can you name one person in the entire country who doesn't expect UK interest rates to fall further?

Krusty knows this too as she watches the news like the rest of us so I haven't misrepresented her in the slightest

It doesn't matter what I think. But what you quoted is not what she said.

Krusty doesnt have a clue. She has been made into a property "expert" by the media and as far as i am aware she doesnt have any proper economic education (such as University economic degree). Yes people get it wrong sometimes, but to say property only ever goes up and i'll eat my hat if they go down just made her look !!!!!!. She is and only has ever been a glorified estate agent*

    * Apologies to any estate agents that i may have offended in saying this.

I think Beeney was worse - she was encouraging everyone to be "developers" - everyone could buy a tat old place, spend a few thou and then make two years wages in a couple of months.

i like kirsty and to be fair, no one is going to get it right all the time, not many of us on here can claim that can we? i dont know why there is such hatred towards her on here, its not her personally that has contributed to the state of the whole financial crisis :rotfl:. the housing market is just one part of the finances of the uk and she is just one part of a small part of the housing market

She is the Queen of Property !!!!!! in the UK. She has relentlessly talked the market up to help create the biggest property bubble in the UK ever and continues to talk the market up irresponsibly.

She is clearly a large part of the problem with everything she represents.

  • exactly how much influence krusty has had re HPI is impossible to evaluate, but the constant ramping certainly poured petrol on the bonfire.

I smile quietly at those who rush to defend her. is it really surprising that she's become a hate figure?

I own up to taking an intense dislike to her 'advice', her presentational skills(?) and her insistence that black can be white.

let's face up to it: she's a charlatan with a little career aganda (which puts her firmly in the same grouping as just about every other 'media type').

Looks like Krustie is on the publicity drive, shes now warning of carbon monoxide poisoning in the home.

I personally think having Krustie on the TV is far more dangerous to the nations health than having a knackered gas fire/boiler.:D
