Krusty Allcrap comes out of hiding

She was on London Tonite this evening and was laughably referred to by the two presenters as a property expert. Anyway Krusty confidently asserted that as interest rates are due to fall that we have reached the bottom of the market.
So Krusty still hasn't learnt her lesson and is still taking prices up. What a sleazeball.

i like kirsty and to be fair, no one is going to get it right all the time, not many of us on here can claim that can we? i dont know why there is such hatred towards her on here, its not her personally that has contributed to the state of the whole financial crisis. the housing market is just one part of the finances of the uk and she is just one part of a small part of the housing market0

Krusty will always talk up the market as it's her bread and butter! The problem comes when people start believing her and trusting her views! - she knows no more or less than anyone else..0 -

She could at least be a squatter or a Trotskyite or something.0 -

I am no fan, but that is not what she said.
She said that if interest rates go down further, then it is likely that we have reached the bottom and house prices may start to rise again but if interest rates stay put/go up, then house prices will keep on falling further. She also mentioned the lack of liquidity and how the Libor rate affects mortgage rates.0
