summermoon - well done to you for resisting - have you explained to the children that you have stopped - maybe get them to help by reminding you not to smoke when you get mad at them!!! Or go play with them when you feel tempted so that you are occupied until it passes?

I'm 30 in January.
Just popping in quickly to say hello and do a happy dance around the room - I managed to wake up at 5am and get my essay doneI finished printing it out at 8.54 so DD was a little bit late for school as they go in at 8.55
Thankfully we only live 2 mins brisk walk from the school
Then at break time I stapled it all together and posted it :j:j
Anyways I've popped home on my lunch to (1) grab lunch, (2) dump my huge bag and (3) do some scanning of photos for the kids which I've had since before half-term.
Best go and find my gloves - its PE this afternoon for an hour on the yard and its freezing!!!
Will catch up with you all properly later:wave:
Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0
