Thought this might make a good gift for flyladies to give to others needing help http://www.foe.co.uk/shop/index.php?main_page=product_book_info&cPath=1&products_id=409

And does anyone know why HMRC feel a need to recalculate my tax code every couple of months? How am I supposed to know how much money I've got coming in each month if they do this

greenbee they have been doing this to me, since I put in my tax return ,they do it every year, and alter my tax code at least 3 to 6 times each year, makes my life a nightmare working out how much I think I am getting each month so I can budget, but then it settles down.

Right it has stopped raining so off out in the garden for a bit, I was only here for 10 mins, that was at least an hour ago!

Im trying not to! Hence why i take over (do tell him to stop it) and then if he doesnt storm off downstairs... i take sarah downstairs instead. Basically when hes like that i make sure shes out of his way and with me. Even if like the other night it meant i only got 2 hours sleep as i sat with her downstairs till she went back off (but i was too wide awake then)

I have told him if it continues hes out the door.... infact hes on a warning that if he doesnt change ALOT of things by Christmas he best find somewhere else to live. :(

You know we're always here if you need to offload/vent, feel free to PM me if you dont want to chat on the thread. You shouldnt have to put up with him acting like a child too. Give Sarah a big cuddle from us, she looked adorable as a pumpkin:D

hugs to all that need them everyone seems to be having a rough week. i havnt done any flying much this week with kids off going to work and working for oh but he seems to thats not enough all he has done all week is point out the things i havnt done ive just about had enough i just feel like a good cry today i havnt felt like that for a while feel like telling him to f right off. its all because i asked him to put some more insulation in the loft while its half price at b&q we have only lived here six years and he promised me he would do all the work quickly if i moved here nothing is finished any where:mad: i try and keep everything tidy but there isnt much incentive when half your room has skirting boards and the other half hasnt everywhere needs redecorating the shower needs fitting the rest of the grouting needs doing doors need painting i could go on forever. we could afford to pay some one to do some of these things but he thinks he can do it better  if i arrange for someone to come they arent good enough:mad: he, spent the summer landscaping the garden ready for a new house we are due to start next year but what about this one i think . we should have started this year but i gave up a well paid job as an assistant home manager because they wanted me to work 12hour shifts days or nights and i have 2 children and i found that unreasonable:mad: i cant think why!im sorry for the rant i feel a bit better i might just go and do a bit of flying now.

Good afternoon everyone and big hugs for everyone going through a tough time.

Spent Thursday meeting a friend that i haven't seen in 6-7 years so was lovely to catch if not a bit nerve wrecking.

Friday spent flying in our bedroom, nearly finished except for a bin bag of leads and need to clean the window but it's looking so much better.

Had a party last night and the kids loved it but house looks a mess today, DS2 is away with my sister over night and DD, DS1 are at youth club tonight to watch a firework display so that should keep them happy.

Finally quit smoking yesterday not using anything except gum so i'm keeping as busy as i can, hopefully i'll stay of them.

Cannot believe we are now in November, i'll have the tree up in a month.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

    Does anyone fancy a HHC 2 - 2.30?

I'm sort of half-heartedly doing things while I'm waiting for the settee to arrive so it will give me something to focus on.

    Hi everyone.

Been out all morning shopping and am now dithering about doing some flying. Its cold here so reckon it will warm me up. Have done 1 WM load though. Will put some music on and motivate myself.

Im doing a second recipe from Jamie Olivers book later. Its the Sizzling beef in Black bean Sauce.

Johanne Massive hugs for you hun. I agree with what other flyladies have said. It should be a partnership not you doing everything.

Embb and SS Hugs for the poorlies. Hope you feel better soon.

    sammiell Hugs for you too.
  • ok froddy you are right - I havent re-posted my list have just edited it a bit and hopefully if I get the bedroom sorted this weekend it will take care of a lot of the other jobs as well!!

mine is near the bottom of the WM - on the front - there is a little whire 'door' and inside there is a large screw thing which when you take it off reveals the filter and any bits that need removing! HTH

    toots xx

Hi Froddy, just in case, when you open it, put an old or dirty towel down and tuck it under the machine, you will get water coming out and that will be there to mop it up and stop it running under the machine... amazing what you find in those little suckers... ;)
