    Hi all

Got let down by someone at work. Was supposed to do his performance management today but he texted me earlier to say he couldn't make it [ is sick so its not his fault - poor guy has spent most of half term caring for his wife and daughter who were sick and now he's caught it]. It will now have to be done Monday. Was also going to add all the coursework marks and estimated grades on the exam boards paperwork but when I got to school found the paperwork still hadn't been delivered. Phoned the board who said that they should arrive Monday. I replied 'So you aren't expecting them back with you for Weds?' and the woman replied 'yes, we do'. How on earth do they expect that? I'll be teaching all day and have a revision lesson to teach after school ends so won't finish until about 4.30pm. Then even if I have all the marks ready to enter [the person who has let me down today, has half the classes that are doing the exam so will have half the marks that are needed] it will still take me between 1 and 2 hours to complete. Then I will still need to find some where to post them from......HELP/ HELP!!!!!!!!
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

    Johanne she's soooo cute!

    Pigpen ((have a hug))

vivw, that sounds like a nightmare for you, does she have a superior you can take it up with, explain situation etc?

soappie, sounds like he needed shooting down, bet it's annoyed you a bit all the same after the effort you put in that he had the nerve to say that, cheeky oik!

Triker, sounds like you're having one of those 'argh' days, I was going to paint our hall/stairs but decided against it, thing called common sense kicked in :D

Chunky, you're not a bad Mum, I am sure little one will thrive on it.

Been home since lunch time but frantically trying to empty/clean caravan, then DP says 'not taking it until tomorrow' so I am having a much needed break. It'd poured down there last night leaving everywhere soaking, I went to step out and the slipped straight on my face in the mud :o so had to finish packing up covered as I had no spare coat/jeans. He came there rather stroppy and apart from talking about what he wants to, his model cars etc, has barely spoke 2 words to me. If I say anything to him he just makes a grumping noise, so not going to bother until he snaps out of it. I did send that email last night, I know he read it but he hasn't mentioned any of it. Now I just think well I've said my bit, can't do any more until he wants to talk about it. I've ended up having to clean out the cassette loo by hand as it got bunged up with loo roll, icky job and was covered in blue chemical stuff which isn't at all nice. All done now and it's got it's proper cleansing stuff in it now. Have poured milton down the plugs, cleaned fridge out with it too :D then the loo, smells much nicer. Floor can wait until tomorrow as it's raining again, see if I can get the mud to dry as it'll be easier to clean off (so pleased I took the carpets out and just left vinyl floor in) I have a squillion bags to unpack, I don't know how we fit it all in the caravan....

Anyway, I am shattered, so going to unpack some more things but at my own pace, I can't wait for bedtime as between the hail, wind and upset I didn't get much sleep.

I think it's cuppa time, anyone else care to join me?....think I will supp whilst considering putting another Boots order in, they just sent a 1000 points weekend thingy http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10052&productId=851815&catalogId=10001&cm_mmc_o=HFzbk%20mBkAl%20REkbEwCjCKBf%202BFCjCqA_Y%20%26%204bkkbw%20sVRCjCC shoppin through ipoints of course.....decisions decisions.....problem I have at the mo is storage, I think the cushions from the caravan will have to go in my hiding places.....
One day I might be more organised...........

just my ancient bones playing up..

Oooh, know that feeling - I can't move if I get cold at the moment - it's taking me ages to get up in the morning and I'm hobbling down the stairs and around the kitchen until I've warmed up... Ooooh, to be young again... (mmmm, not sure about that actually...)

Best thing I can say is ring them again Monday and say they still haven't arrived ( ;) ) and how on earth are you supposed to get them there Wednesday if they haven't even sent them?

    How ridiculous is that?...

i'm so glad i'm not the only one. :rotfl:

my excuse is both boys have colds, plus, ds1 will follow me to the door and probably end up having nightmares. plus the cold draught every few minutes so more heating needed to warm up. We had some come round on monday and tuesday, who were politely told to go away. they are 'enterprising round here. i had a bunch of them come and sing 'we wish you a happy easter'. It's not even like they will look as cyte as johanne's piccie. I don't mind the kids off our street but all the oiks from the estate across the main road come too.

will try and get on here to post properly tonight. kids are driving me loopy - sam currently practicing bell ringing on my hair - been hanging round anw's mumm too much. :rotfl:

    catch you later girls x

I've got an easier way - I'm going out to the club and they can knock all night, only the dogs will answer...;)
