No it sounds better, :) I don't want to be associated with smoking now thanks, there is no smoke involved :)

:rotfl: OK sorry, couldn't resist that, that's the sort of thing that if someone said it to me, it would make me think twice, even though I know it's rubbish :D

Hehe I almost fell for it;)

Been reading through all this and the beginners site, still can't get my head around all the different types..still. I think I would rather go for the 'big gun' straight off rather than waste money on the E-cig.

My question here is how much do they cost, where do you buy them, have you really saved any money?

Totally wicked has a £19% money off code only valid today, FACEB191. Just ordered a few flavours to try, was recommend to them by another vaper (doesn't quite have the same ring as smoker, lol). HTH :)

And with fab flavors such as hot chocolate, cherry brandy, apple, grape, peach, etc going back to nasties is just not appealing:rotfl:

My Riva cost £29.50 for the complete kit, got a free bottle of juice with it too.

Depends on what you want, and I am sure one of the more experienced vapers can advise more fully than me. But I found that the Riva is excellent for beginners, plenty of vaping power and the battery lasts all day.

You can change cartridges & atomisers for cartomisers (all in one), these hold a lot more liquis, so you are not topping up all the time.

As for e-juices 5ml for £3 & 10ml for £5, usually there are special and bulk offers for around £15 - £20 from suppliers

I spend at the moment around £11 - 15 per week on juices & accessories, it varies

Bu yes I have definately saved money since using e-cigs. given that I'd spend around £30-40pw on nasties,

Hopefully this will help you and I am sure the more experienced can correct me if I am wrong anywhere

Come here and ask the same questions.

    Just to add.

For me, money saving was secondary to my health.

I needed to stop smoking, because my health was getting worse, breathing was getting to be a problem, my peak flow at the doctors was way down and I didn't need them to tell me that, I could feel it :(

I haven't had my peak flow measured yet, but I can feel it's way better than it was. I am breathing easier.

But money. I smoked about 6 packs of fags a week. At £7.10 a packet now what I used to smoke.
    Per week. 6 x £7.10 = £42.60
    Month 4.33 x £42.60 = £184.46

So for the 5 months I've been off fags, I would have spent:-
    5 x £184.46 = £922.29

So far on vaping I have spent about £160 on kit and £200 on juice.
    So £360 in total

And I have 3 kits, one of which I shouldn't have bought, which was an expensive cig a like, which only lasted 4 weeks before I got fed up with it and bought a Riva.
I haven't been backwards with buying kit, if I think I need it, I've got it, I don't want to go back to smoking

I also have alot of juice, I bought many different types to get the right one for me and have enough to last another 3 months easily.

    So £360 on total
Lets make it £400 as it's a round figure and I'm sure there are some other little bits I may have forgotten.
    So £400 / 8 months =£50 a month.

    With smoking, it would be
    8 x £184 = £1472

I have enough batteries and main kit, to last now for a long time.
