Congrats to you as well Esme :D

Emsywoo, could I ask why you can't join another forum? All About E-cigarettes is such a friendly place :)

The initial expenditure depends on what type of e-cig would suit you best. And that depends on how much you smoke at the moment. For a very light smoker, you could buy a starter kit from about £12.50, for a heavier smoker about £34.00 :)

If you really can't join another forum, I & others can help you on here if you give us a bit more detail about your smoking habits. And we can help you find the best current deals from good suppliers & post the links here if that's Ok with the MSE moderators :)

It certainly is a really friendly place, they think very highly of MSE users too.

Its not that we have more patience as we grow older, its just that we're too tired to care about all the pointless drama ;)

You are so right Cbrown, we do think highly about a lot of MSE users - most of the folks posting on that thread are long term MSE members :)
  • Well done Costa Coffee, went into one in town and asked if I could vape whilst having my coffee, barista I asked was a bit puzzled but referred it to her manager who once I explained and showed her my little Titan e-cig I use when out, she was happy to let me vape.

Thanks goodness she did agree, otherwise I would have frozen my bum off this morning if I had to do it outside, so cheers to Costa:T

Just trying a new flavour e-juice whilst waiting for the gaybours to arrive for drinks and Bagna Cauda
total airhead, total bimbo, very superficial:D
  • Nice one Esme :D

Hopefully, it wont be too long before e-cigs are accepted in cafs, pubs etc. I think that they could turn around trade especially in pubs & save a lot from closing :)

I spend too much of my life on here as it is :rotfl:

    I am a light smoker (I would say :D ) a pack of 20 realistically lasts me 2-3 days.

In my pre-children days (i.e. when I had money) I smoked Marlboro Lights, now Windsor Blue / JPS.

I *absolutely* have trigger points, and I know exactly when they are. I used to have about 15 ( :o ) but I cut one out at a time, now I have perhaps 3. That I cannot shift!!

Lol Emsy, I spend too much of my time on All About E-cigarettes, so know exactly what you mean :D

Okey Dokey, this isn't the best e-cig n the world & I don't usually recommend a starter kit with only one battery, but it's so cheap for a rechargeable (reusable) e-cig & will be Ok for someone who is a light smoker & just wants to try an e-cig -

    http://www.safercigs.co.uk//Starter_Kits_Under__20/cat705284_931171.aspx

The battery (main part) should last several months, but the cartomizers (mouth piece with built in atomiser) that come with the kit will need either re-filling with e-liquid or replacing with pre-filled ones :)

Thank you, I have just ordered one, let's see how it goes :D
  • Well done, Emsy! I always say "Just get started". I haven't tried that model, so fingers crossed :)
