Just hope we don't learn along the line that these are 'bad' for us - but knowing Veronarona and her research, should would've known by now!!

You know that is quite mad because my sister bought me a Bare Minerals starter kit for christmas and I am loving it been going mad buying the whole range on ebay> we are so at the forefront with our e-cigs and mineral makeup.

Sorry off thread but is Bare Minerals the brand you are using?

Tons of info about refilling, different flavoured juices, suppliers, etc, etc. Plus loads of money saving tips on things like restuffing the cartridges with suitable fibre

There are also some wonderful posts from members about how much better they are feeling both physically & mentally since giving up/cutting down smoking real cigs & vaping with the e-cig instead. There is also things like threads dedicated to video's & photos demomstarting some of the different e-cigs showing how they work

my e cig came this morning,,couldnt wait to try it,,and im pretty amazed by it. Id smoked 2 roll ups before the posty delivered, and since then non,,and no cravings either. Its kind of weird because ive found im taking a couple of puffs maybe every 20 mins or so, where as before, i was smoking a full roll up maybe every half hour, so all in all im guessing my nicotine intake will be reduced. Its a little strange getting used to the extra weight of the thing,,but so far im very happy with it.:j :j :j

I have reading this thread with interest because I have never heard of these things but they sound like EXACTLY what I would need to help me give up.

I haven't been able to look through every single response (supposed to be working!) but can anyone give me a particularly good link to find out about them/how they work/any possible dangers/side effects please?

There are loads of links to useful info, and active members to hug you thru any queries or problems. If you really don't have the energy to read the info threads, just "add new discussion" saying Help Me I'm New or somesuch.

There are other e-cig forums but I truly think that the eBay group (nothing to do with eBay, it just "lives" there) is the simplest and friendliest.
