I think the printing went wrong on the wrapper - 18mg is the standard High, sometimes it's 16mg. Medium is usually about 11mg and I can't remember the Low one.

36mg is very high and makes some people dizzy. But if you buy it, you can dilute it with vegetable glycerine (Boots, or the baking dept of supermarkets) - as I've said previously, this dilutes the cost but it also dilutes the flavour but you get more "smoke"

I am not the only one who has vaped a Low cart by mistake and not noticed - all the different strengths of one type of cartridge or juice seem to give the same "throat hit", and it's the hit that counts with me. I haven't got anything giving a good hit at the mo, but that's my bad luck and I'm just putting up with it

Hi minnie123, thank u for getting back to me. I used to smoke about 10 to 15 cigs or say 15 to 20 roll ups (thought Id try rollin my own baccy to save some cash) per day. Do u think the 36mg would be the same strengths of the amount id smoke?

I know you're not asking me, Clio, but 36mg is seriously high. I smoked 50 Golden Virginia rollies a day and I wouldn't use 36mg neat. My earlier reply was garnered from my own 4-month experience and others' longer experience.

Sorry not to be much help on the Evo, but it simply is not very widely used, although I've seen some favourable reports, some not so - as with all these damn things.

Thanks for clarifying that veronarona I did think 36 was gona be kinda head poppin lol Cuz I had been wondering, if an average cigarette, say mayfair light has 0.6 mg of nicotine and the rest of it is nasty stuff, then a pack of 20 cigs should have 12 mg of nicotine in total. Therefore, maybe getting e-liquid with 11 or 14 mg of nicotine should about do it, shouldnt it? I dont know lol.. and i dont think i wana start mixing anymore things with the liquid if i can help it. Il leave the experts to it, and besides what attracted me to using this method to cut down smoking cigs was because of the simplicity of the ingredients used - propylene glycol, water, nicotine...anyways sorry for going on, must be the lack of a propa cig ;-) thanks for the advice again, Il defo check out what theyve got..e-cigs.co.uk sell juice thats 14mg and 11mg, only theyve sold out hence waiting for it to be restocked. Will check out the forum mentioned earlier and am sure thatl answer some of my questions. we shall c... x

Yeah my bloke finds the 36mg quite strong and he was 30 plus a day smoker so we are going to dilute it to get more vapour. The carts from oksmokey are really really good after buying all this juice my bloke has decided he likes the flavour of the carts the best after all. And they last really well. If you want simplicity and ease aswell the carts would be really good you can get 50 for £19.95 with free delivery from oksmokey and they are a really nice taste. He has been smoking e-cig and normal cigarettes about half and half and is finding a cart lasts him about 2 days so that is really good compared to what other carts last (apparantly, I have not personally tried any others but this is what I have read)

Hey am back again, wel ive decided to take the plunge and go for the 11mg 30 ml e-liquid frm totallywicked, plus picked up a pack of refillable cartridges and a free sticker That should do it i think, and if it doesnt taste as strong as i want then il check out the 14mg...phew! that was hard work lol Ok am off now to wait for my order ;-) i wonder how long itl take for them to deliver? anyways thanks for all ur help minnie123 & veronarona, i couldnt have done it without ur help <hugz> will pop in to let u know what i think of it, take care x

I was smoking roll ups with no filter and got through 50g pouch a week, so id say that was heavier smoking than you. Im using 18mg with my e cig and its fine, id say 36mg will be too strong for you

here an update of how im getting on with my e cig.

it arrived in the post last thursday morning, id smoked 2 roll ups by then, didnt have anymore all day.
Friday, i smoked 2 roll ups at night, id had a bottle of wine and was wondering if it would feel better than the e cig after using it for 2 days,,,what an anti climax,,the roll ups didnt give me a better smoking experience than the e cig.
saturday, again, i smoked 1 roll up after a few bottles of stella, again I was left wondering why id just done it.
sunday, no urge to smoke real tobacco

So Ive been using my e cig for 4 days now and smoked a total of 3 roll ups since the post man brought it. I think my brain went through a "this is too good to be true" stage, and tried to convince me a roll up would be better, but it wasnt. Ive started to feel more energetic, not sure if this is really due to my body not having all the crap going into it, or because im so pleased with my self for not slowly committing suicide.
Im just scared stiff my e cig will give up on me and ill be left with no alternative but to smoke the roll ups. Im molly coddling my e cig like its a new born baby.

SO,,,,fingers crossed,,,this is realy working for me:beer: :beer:

Mike, I'm having yet another difficult day cos of "other things", and you've cheered me up no end :D:D:D:D

I understand just how you must feel, worrying about your e-cig conking out - I've been watching Mirage for some time, especially as they say they've got an improved battery - you're the first person I've seen who bought it. Well done for being so independent
