I think they mean black cartridges. LLFCO on eBay sells them, quite a peppery initial flavour.
Girlz, I'm browsing for interesting e-cigs and have seen mention of the EVO... found this video on YouTube, thought of Watters and Minnie:

Website = http://www.intellicig.com/evolution-starter-kits-c-21.html?zenid=rk9i0geki9crmtmlmf6tn27nq2
But I'd advise looking for more reviews before taking the plunge.

Think that when you have newly charged battery and fresh cart - that is when you get the best 'hit' - unlike a real one, when the hit seems to come from the end - which is the most dangerous bit health wise, allegedly...
This is my experience so far, am new at this.........
Last real ciggie - yesterday morning..!!!! Am proud of myself - I've e cigged all week but had a real one occasionally (and more) - especially at times of stress.
Its been the weekend - so I've been able to control it all - but back to work tomorrow morning........ hopefully I can maintain it. But as Veronarona says - count the ones you DON't smoke - I like that!!Genie

I now have an EVO intellicig but I had to wait five days for it to arrive. I also haven't got quite what I ordered but they have given me a free atomiser as compensation.
I am quite pleased but don't like the taste which is something like stale, burnt butterscotch so I am looking forward to buying some mixed flavours to try.
So far I guess, I've cut down smoking my rollies by about 50% but I have to keep reminding myself to use it.
So thank you to everyone on this thread for alerting me to e-cigs because if anything helps me to stop smoking, you've most probably saved my life

Sharlee
Well I know it's a bit sad to quote your own post but I did mention the EVO on the previous page. From my research it seems that the DSE901 and the EVO are both hot contenders for favourite ecig but the EVO wins in terms of battery life.
I also ordered menthol carts from intellicig and having tried one today I can say that they are much better tasting than the regular ones supplied with my starter kit.
I've just finished my first full day of using it and am well impressed. Scott, the guy who does the vids, is also usually happy to answer questions.

Sorry, Sharlee, I've got a head like a sieve and am always under the weather so it's hard to be alert
Plus I worry myself nearly to death about recommending things and advising people - if stress kills I shouldn't be here  It was Scott's posts on Totally Wicked's forum that made me look up the EVO, in view of the problems people are having with the Mini.
Jeannie - well-blinking-done you!!!

Veronarona don't worry about recommending things I really appreciate all the advice etc.. you have given. Like you said it's trial and error with these e-cigs.
I do feel like my boyfriend is not trying to make it work though he just goes outside for a fag instead of trying the e-cig so annoying but I can't force him.
I seem to be able to get better results than him with it producing more vape etc... he gives up easy (but not smoking) I have been doing a series of deep puffs rather than one long drag I have tried explaining but he is easily annoyed.
Has anyone tried any of the totally wicked liquids - they are more expensive but I seem to see them mentioned a lot and they do up to 36mg nicotine?0 -
but he is easily annoyed.
). It's so difficult dealing with these short-fused people.
Has anyone tried any of the totally wicked liquids - they are more expensive but I seem to see them mentioned a lot and they do up to 36mg nicotine? However, you are also diluting the flavour
. e-cigs.co.uk also do 36mg, but last time I looked he was awaiting stock of quite a few flavours - he has "ordinary" range and the Johnson Creek range. Totally Wicked gets more praise, I think, but Simon at e-cigs has a very loyal following.
I bought a bottle of vegetable glycerine BP and put some into an empty 20ml e-juice squeezy bottle (you can prise the pointed bit off the end, leaving you with a decent opening to tip stuff in, and then put it back on, mine has stayed secure). I've got another squeezy bottle with two-thirds 24mg e-juice and one-third glycerine, from which I top up my carts and atomiser, easy-peasy.

I've managed a whole work day without a real one!! I had some with me in case...
I've had the feeling - more times that I would care to mention - that I 'need a real ciggie!!' - but, to my own amazement, I've had a puff or two on my e cig and the urge has gone... I really can't believe it - all these years...
My last real one, is still the same, late morning on Saturday. I've not been this long ever - in fact, I've never given up before.
I'm finding the virginia carts from George at Oksmokey really suit me and really do give me the 'hit' that I need and stops me pining a real one!
Thanks Veronarona - yet again you have been an inspiration to me - you gave me great advice on mineral make up - and I have never looked back - and my skin has never been better. And you have inspired me yet again.
Thank You!!
PS Stop worrying! We are all adults and don't have to listen to you! Glad I did tho! Bless you xGenie

I've not gone in a pub yet - but can't wait!! Its not smoke and it doesn't really smell. It doesn't hang in the air at all and my son doesn't moan - in fact he is as chuffed as me! I've smoked for more years than I would like to mention..... I am totally gobsmacked. My problem was that I liked smoking but didn't like anything that went with it. Being smell and feeling like a leper ..
Its a bit of a knack Mike. But its only been a couple of weeks and I can't believe that I have switched over, so to speak. Not saying I won't lapse etc, I'm not that smug!! (Yet)..
Personally, I found Oksmokey and George there, to have been a huge help and his prices are lower for the same product. The carts (cartridges) that he supplies are really good - he will advise if you let him know what brand you currently smoke.
I'm hoping to get a pink one soon - so it will not look like a ciggie at all and the pubs or public places can't say anything as you are not smoking!! But there are posts where people have 'smoked' these in lots of various public places, as you are not breaking the law, not alot they can say!!
Brilliant. I'm so proud of myself for sticking with it - you do have moments in the beginning when trying it out and don't think it will suit...
Good luck if you try it Mike - and keep us posted!!Genie
