I don't think it it true.. A ciggi is a ciggi and it does affect our body and totally ruins it.. instead of innovating such thing why don't we just take a pledge to stop smoking or just reduce it day by day this will help much faster.. And will also save money and our health0

I'm another recent convert to e-cigs and I wished I'd tried them years ago!!
I first tried the e-lites but was really disappointed with (a) the price and (b) the quality of the "vape" - really inconsistent and not good enough to properly replace a real ciggie, so I chucked that in the drawer and forgot about them for a while.
Then a friend suggested I try the SD Maxi Keyring. It was out of stock at the time so I bought the smaller SD Keyring, then the maxi when it came back in stock. They're really easy to use as you just ge the pre-filled cartomisers. A good consistent vape and a perfect substitute for a real cig. I've been ciggie free for 8 days now and am sooo happy! I can buy 20 cartomisers for £19.99 plus postage, which last me a month.
I have joined the lovely AAEC forum and am getting advice on something I can refill myself for the evenings, but the SD keyrings are perfect for my daytime commute/vape breaks at work. The smaller SD is so discreet it just fits in the palm of my hand. I love it!! :jDMP Mutual Support Thread member 244

I picked up 2 Ego-T with 900mah batteries, 5 refillable cartridges and 5 covers + case and usb plug charger for £25 last month.
One of the batteries switches has gone a bit funny so will probably pick up a job lot of em 5-10 from China.
Bought a few liquids to try and really like the RY4.
Originally had the 18mg then bought the 24mg strength.
I'm new to all this and have been reading about organic RY4 liquids but these seam only available in the USA.
Can you have an organic nicotine liquid? Can I get this in the UK? Or should I yake the plunge and bulk buy from China?0 -
You can certainly buy ready made organic e-liquids from the UK Speedfreek!
There really is a wealth of information and helpful folks on this e-cig forum.

Maybe if you said what you found worrying about the quality of ecigs, we could help you out with what to stay clear of and what to try.
I haven't read the rest of the thread (bad of me, I know), but one concern is the quality & quantity of the 'ingredients'. As a (currently) non-medical product, there are very few safeguards in place to prove what the seller is actually selling.I have no signature.0 -
That site was okay so I've ordered 30ml of 18mg Organic AV4
Should last me a month

Sticking to reputable suppliers is a given - it's such a money-saver being a vaper anyway, that trying to pare the few extra pence off by buying cheap crap isn't worth the risk, imo.0 -

They will also either say on their site exactly what the juice contains (as they should IMO) or will do so on the asking of.
Actually there are safeguards already, but not up to medical standards as you say.
BTW, if it was up to medical standards, the vaping industry wouldn't be around, as it's too expensive and you can forget getting any flavour juice but about 3. Instead of the 1000's we now have.
Look at forums in the UK and don't be afraid to ask.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0
