Hey another convert, Tried everything to pack the fags in ...And failed.. Not had a cigarette for two months solid now and i have not had a smoke free day in 30 years including being in intensive care..
I am so proud to be smoke free...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -

I was the same, for 40 years - apart from a couple of years quit in the 80s, but went back on them. The e-cigs just work.0 -

Maybe if you said what you found worrying about the quality of ecigs, we could help you out with what to stay clear of and what to try.Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes.0 -
Oh, I knew there must be an ecig thread somewhere in here.
I want to stop smoking and I have an ecig which I've been playing with and think I can switch to it.
Problem is the cost of the cartridges, it's more than I spend on tobacco as I roll my own since pkts hit £5 a few years ago.
I have read on other forums about refilling them, but there is too much info often.
Can anyone explain what to buy (just normal nicotine flavour) and where from (also too much info on other forums) to reuse them please.
I have one of these http://www.e-lites.co.uk/exec-kit.html0 -

The flavours are really nice and it was very good value for money.
there wasnt that much in it pricewise but i just liked the look and all the flavours really.
Nothing worse IMHO than a vendor pretending to be a happy customer - wondered how Frumist found AAE-C UK:( Off to ban them! There are far better & cheaper e-cigs than what Frumist sell,0 -
Just have to add that it's brilliant to read every day all of the success stories on AAE-C UK
So many folks have found that a good e-cig is the best invention since sliced bread

Electronic cigarettes are now used by 1 million people in the uk (bbc news report)
If you want to try them, the cheapest i'v seen them are £12.99 at loveelectroniccigarette.co.uk
But really, life is full of harmful things in everyday life, you just have to manage them by not having too much of anything. I disagree with the use of aspartame in gum /diet products as its actually one of the most poisonous chemicals known to humans. And supermarket bread could be the cause of bowel cancer - everyone must read this.... i got told this by a hospital bowel cancer specialist...

And the moral of the story, buy organic bread with NO flour treatment if possible, live and eat a balanced life/diet, do what makes you happy, but don't overindulge in any one thing (and exercise 30 mins per day to help take away the toxins in your body and make you feel good) : )0
