Evening all
Best laid plans & all that, I collected DGD at 10 as DD was struggling with furniture moving & then DGS arrives at 2 as he was tired of being at my Exho's so came to me.
So today I have achieved nothing useful, but had a great day with the grandkids & all the jobs will wait.
I went for a look round the charity shops before I collected DGD, one shop was shut & the other was asking silly prices, they had a bag of wool, no label on the wool, it was brown & fluffy, 10 balls for £13!!!!!
Have a good evening everyone.
Hugs Hester

Hello everyone,
Sorry ive not read the thread for a while (or posted) but has been very busy here - only with the baby but they do take a lit of time!!!
Snowy - huge hugs to you and Dylan, i hope the raw chicken helps him xxx
Candy girl - im sure your friends new baby will be fine, i used to look after a little girl who was born at 28 weeks, and believe me, she was absolutly fine, and a little treasure - still miss her now (she moved away to Blackpool)!!
((HUGS)) to anyone who wants/needs one xxx
Not sure where today has gone - went and got a £10 deal at M & S - so lovely chicken and shop bought roasties for lunch tomorrow, with shop bought chocolate fudge cake and a bottle of wine to look forward to! Also popped into Tescos and bought some mozerella cheese reduced to 16p, so thats gone into the freezer for when i next make pizza. Ive also started buying a couple of xmassy items each week, so we dont get a big bill in December - im starting to get excited about Christmas now - i love it and normally have everything ready by December (decs go up 30th November - mind you they are down by New Years day!!). Sadly i bought some Christmas cards last week (special ones for mum, sister etc) and ive already written them - just need to do the others now. Not sure if thats ultra organised, or just very sad!!
OS wise, we had HM burgers and rissoles for lunch, and being ultra lazy, beans on toast for dinner. We are now watching XFactor in my bed (i love wireless internet) with lots of snacks - its our new Saturday night treat!!!
Hope everyone has a lovely evening,
Take care xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
Evening
Have had a lovely time at the carnival tonight - didn't even wear gloves it was so mild.
I was just popping by to say that I'm really looking forward to my extra hour in bed tomorrow and that I'm loving X-factor this year.
