I tried to transfer my savings account balance on Tuesday October 7th( about one hour before they pulled the plug). The balance disappeared but has re-appeared on my icesave account but as a PROCESSED balance.
I understand that you cannot withdraw any money until the balance is shown as CLEARED.
Do you think this will be a problem when the time comes to transfer my balance to my nominated account.0 -
Mine's the same, I closed the account on the 7th by initiating a transfer of the whole balance. This was returned and the account re-opened some days later.
I do have statements from just prior to the initial transfer out. I honestly can't see any problems that can't be sorted out by a couple of 'phone calls if, when the arrangements from the FSCS are finalised, the system doesn't allow a "processed" balance transfer.0 -
Another change in Icsesave website. All the Fixed Deposit details in "Account Details" page has gone, blank now.0
