Just rang them and apparently I wasn't on the spreadsheet Been told another 24-48 hours now and I should hear back from a supervisor. Girl I spoke to was lovely btw.

I have tickets for It Pays to Watch on 5th Nov. I am going to put in an advance question about this fiasco to Martin Lewis ..... er.... by the way, where is he, or Dan? It seems to have gone very quiet from them, and the ING spokesman.

Also, I have again emailed Watchdog this afternoon as follows:

"Hello again
I wrote to you yesterday afternoon, and thought I'd update you about a fiasco that is currently going on with the above bank (KE).
I am a member of the MSE forum and there are approx 80 of us still not in receipt of our requested chaps payments, mostly from 7th/8th Oct. KE promised on Friday 24th Oct that those of us who had not yet received it would be getting a personal phone call from them within 48hrs to explain why we have not yet received it, and when we could expect it.
Today that 48 hrs is up, and yet none of us have had that phone call, tho some of us have had an email saying the problem is at the clearing bank, which is Nat West, but no details as when we would get it.
I have just called KE and spoken to a supervisor who said the money will be cleared within 48 hrs (their magic number). However, I now have no faith this will happen, nor have any of us.
Can you intervene in any way please to make it happen for us this time?????
