  • I am shocked that some of you are still waiting. I emailed about a mistake in my payment and have still not had a reply and it was to their advantage to do so. I guess they must be in a real mess. Wonder how they will cope with paying interest. Hope it gets sorted for you this week.

Hope you stashed the "mistake" in a high interest account somewhere Lesley ;)

  • Just thought I'd post for 2 reasons:

    1. To show support.

    2. To keep this thread on the front page and annoy ING.....;)

Martin - in case you are in touch with ING anytime soon, would appreciate it if you could let them know that their "MSE Helpline" is not helping at all. I am getting the same responses I used to get when dealing with their normal staff (delays due to the system/clearing bank/ adminstrators, will be put on spreadsheet blah blah) and they are NOT following up as promised - I was guaranteed a call back from the MSE Helpline to keep me updated within 48 hours - and it is now 72 hours and I have heard nothing.
    Thanks.

    Evening all.

I’d love to publish a new list today but nothing has changed. I really hope this is sorted by the end of the week. I know how I would be feeling by now.

    Keeping my fingers crossed.
  • Still lurking, hoping and waiting for everyone to get THEIR OWN MONEY back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • It would almost be worth losing the money to take away the helplesness I am sure the remaining of us feel. If nothing happens for 8 weeks after a registered complaint with the FOS, only then can they start their work, by then I just don't know where I will be mentally, life savings all but gone and losing around £5.00 a day in lost interest as well.
