I believe he is going to ask for confirmation of people still waiting - so watch this space for his first post.

I really hope that you all get your money back soon - I still really believe it is a case of when and not if.

I agree ! I feel for all of the people still waiting for their money. They only owe me £20 plus interest. This forumn was a great help and many thanks for compiling the list of people so we could see we were not alone.

Several people have commented that there may be names on the list unnecessarily and others that should be on it that aren’t. I scan though all the posts but may not read every single one intently. Please can you PM me by midnight this Friday 14th to keep your name on the list.

If possible please can you include:

Whether it was a BACS or CHAPS transfer.

The linked destination bank.

The original date you initiated the transfer of your money and the dates if and when you re-tried.

Whether you have contacted KE/ ING and any other organisations to help solve your problem.

It’s up to you whether you want to submit the amount. I prefer to keep mine private.

Any other information, which may help to bring this to an early conclusion.


I am preparing my dancing trousers for an evening of frivolity and excessive imbibement, so I will only be around much later looking through beer goggles. I should be around most of Thursday and Friday evening. Let’s hope we can crack this by the weekend.
