I have not received my interest yet, it should have been £130 the Ing liars stated it would be paid in full. So where is it? I suppose I'm lucky I got my money yesterday and shouldn't moan. But why do Ing state things and then don't follow through with what's promised.
Not very good is it lie ING
Check the update message on the website probably another load of B******t but you don't have to believe it.

Received interest today of £18.44 expecting it to be £50. I also had a debit charge of £3.69 and the description is TDSI anyone know what this could be?
I guess we are not getting the total amount of interest we expected! Phone call to KE!
    CHAPS 8th received 20th into HSBC A/C
BACS on the 17th and 20th received 22nd into HSBC A/C
    CHAPS fee refunded 29/10
I can survive any crisis - I have kids!!

....This transfer happened almost instantaneously, and I think was either therefore CHAPS or some other accelerated form (but NOT faster payments).

These latest payments are being made by SWIFT, which may appear as CHAPS on your statement. From what I was told SWIFT takes a bit longer than CHAPS, but a bit faster than BACS.

TDSI is tax deducted. It stands for tax deduction scheme for interest.

    Thanks 10_66

Usually my other accounts show interest after tax is deducted! I guess KE works differently!

TDSI Is Tax Deduction Scheme With Interest. It's on the bottom of your account statement.

I only opened the account on the 1st October so never actually received a statement before!

Where is Martin and why hasn't he taken up the mantle for those left. I bet a lot of you like myself only invested in this shower as a result of what was on his website singing their praises he was then. Now its a different tune.
    MARTIN WHERE ARE YOU:eek:

I'm not going to comment on whether you/we are responsible for our own decisions in this life or not - this is not the thread for that. However, I think if you bother to look back over the last day or sos postings you will see that Martin/MSE have put some posts up here and have been doing work behind the scenes e.g. attempt at Guardian article, now passed to Times, further conversations with ING which have been relayed onto this thread etc.

And if you are still waiting on money, my fingers are crossed for you and everyone else for Monday. It genuinely looks like a dribble of payments have turned into a good flow, and so hopefully this will get sorted over the next few days.
  • My bank has this morning confirmed that the Advice Confirms payment in my account IS from KE via RBS and that this is not a missing payment from my employer. That I am grateful for, was just getting ready with the eraser to wipe out the line I thought I had drawn underneath this yesterday evening.

This will be the first weekend in a few where hopefully I can forget about my personal banking issues for a while; IceSave looks like its well in progress now, and posts and news articles on whether ICICI is at risk of going belly up have receded.

I will be keeping an eye on this thread start of next week in the hope and expectation that all of you who are still waiting will see resolution SWIFTly. And I hope that those of you who have been tearing yourselves up over your missing savings can take some comfort/reassurance over the weekend from the fact that what had been an intolerable snails pace has finally turned into a much more significant flow of monies.
