Martin's earlier comment that everyone has been told they will get their money by Monday is not correct, unfortunately. I was told by ING this afternoon that they were not giving anyone deadlines anymore or even agreeing to ring back or e-mail until such time as their transfer had been resolved owing to the bad publicity they got when they were not able to meet their promises. She therefore said that she couldn't give me any time-frame when I would get my money or another e-mail or phone call and no-one in ING would now say anything more than that. I know this is different from what others have been told - they either introduced a new hard-line policy later this afternoon or are giving some of us the run around. I am still waiting for 40K transferred by BACS 7 Oct am.

As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.

Must admit I did have my doubts at times................

CONGRATULATIONS to all those fortunate today like myself
THANKS for the support from everybody on this site and yes also to KE customer service staff!
SUPPORTING those still waiting - I'm now sure it won't be long for everybody

ING management - you really should have treated us like adaults in the first place and told us the TRUTH I'm sure the majority of people would have understood the issues and been patient, if you had just kept us INFORMED

I have been with ING since they started in the UK and will have to think long and hard before I ever trust them with my hard earned cash again. It's often only when there are problems that an organisation really shows its true colours and ING, you have certainly shown yours now and the view is not an attractive one.

To those still waiting, I hope that Monday will be THE day for you.

As many of us who've already been lucky have said, we're still here for you and won't be leaving until everyone's money has been paid. The party can't start till we're all there!

Feel a bit guilty for those who have bigger sums outstanding and desperately need access to it. Really sorry guys. Would happily trade my place and wait a bit longer.

But it looks like quite a lot of people have got their money today, that hopefully is a good sign. Makes you wonder whether they have only over the last few days realised the scale of the problem.
