New Kaupthing CHAPS/BACS Transfers discussion - Friday 24th October

Hi All, I think we need another update on who is still owed money?;

I'm still missing my CHAPS request of 7th October & still no commitment of any date as to when I will recieve my money, despite making 3 phone calls today to KE and one to ING today alone.

Madre Maquina is still missing her money who else?;

Sent email to Maggie Mills yeserday. Call from herassistant 5 mins ago to say my money had been rushed through and would be in my account later today.......IT'S THERE!!!!!!

Advice: Email Maggie Mills at Ernst and Young.

Still waiting for a BACS from the 7th.

Had the email 2 days ago, rang them today, still no further info on where my money is.

Wonder what the World Record is for the longest BACS transfer??

The money for my CHAPS payment from 8 October has just arrived in my linked account - even though I had not had a phone call or email from Kaupthing/Ing to say it should be there.

Many thanks to everyone for all their support and especially for all the "list" keepers - This let everyone know how big the problem is.

Just to say thank you to everyone who has helped in this situation, I have now received my money.

I am sure all will receive theirs but will continue to support this thread until this has happened.

I have been keeping track of KE/ING funds repatriation progress (or lack of it) via this forum - all your posts have given me invaluable support over the last 2 weeks!!
I got my much needed funds returned to me this afternoon :j

I sincerely hope that those still waiting are reunited with their money very, very shortly!

My funds were requested on 6/7th Oct by BACS. Arrived (pm) 31.10.2008
