CHAPs late pm on 7 October

No e-mail or message etc.

Phoned the special 'hotline' on Friday 24 October and name was added to spreadsheet and told a manager would call back by Tuesday.

KE rang on Tuesday and said that money had been traced and would be in linked account (lloydstsb) by close of business on Thursday 30.

Checked bank account late yesterday and it wasn't in. Just checked and the full amount is now in, but with a transaction date of 29 Oct

Hi,
after a very poor finish to the commiunications from KE, yesterday, like after the Friday by close of business telephone calls, your funds will have been credited to your linked account, I had another Email from KE, explaining that we have traced your CHAPS transfered money to the clearing bank,regret to say it's been held up there, and we are doing our best to get the funds released.

Ahrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, back to square 1, but at about 4 pm this afternoon both my CHAPS TRANSFERS HAD BEEN RECEIVED IN MY LINKED BANK ACCOUNT.

SO THATS THE 08/10/2008 PLUS THE 17/10/2008, SO I HAVE AT LONG LAST BEEN PAID.

May I thank all at this forum for the support I have been given, I only wish I had found you sooner:T :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

To all you folks still waiting, I say " AS they have paid me after all the hoops
and jumps etc, that like you all I have travelled down, then I would say that they will pay all you others, in the waiting list, FAIRLY SOON

My advice is to keep on banging away at KE, and ING Direct, keep them from sleeping at nights, and they will do all in their power I think to get rid of you.
