Really so pleased for all you recipients.....hopefully it will grow from a trickle to a flow.
It defies any logic for the Administrators to allow money only to dribble through.......THE MONEY HAS TO BE PAID BACK ONE WAY OR THE OTHER,SO WHY CONTINUE TO CAUSE SO MUCH MISERY BY DELAYING PAYMENTS??????
YOU ARE RUINING PEOPLE'S LIVES WITH THIS INHUMAN ATTITUDE.

Mind you,if you speak to the administrators, they're bound to blame everyone else!!!!
This has been one monumental fiasco from start to what hopefully will soon be the finish.

Just rang KE for my daily fob off, they for the first time have said its a problem with the clearing bank so I've still do not know who has my money. Team leader has 30 calls in her ring back que so no chance of a call before 8pm

I Know the feeling.....hang on in there
    I have money!!!!:j :j :j :j 31st October 3.30pm. Organised by nice lady from E & Y, very, very grateful.

    £20 debit for CHAPS received 27th - dated 7th on A/C
  • I was getting really worried in reading these posts that so many of you had received emails of the "held up" variety, and I had not even received any response at all to my emails, telephone calls, and secure messages in nearly three weeks (that's a long time to be out in the cold).

I began to think that I did not even exist in the eyes of ING/KE.

At least now I have been acknowledged and they have in effect admitted that they owe me money.... even if they cannot tell me when they will let me have it.

I consider now that I am another rung up the ladder, and a little hope has been kindled. That does not mean I am grateful to ING. On the contrary, I think they have behaved cruelly and despicably to all of us and as soon as they have decided to own up and meet their responsibilities, and that cash lands in my linked account, I intend to move my other savings accounts with INGs out of their control with immediate effect. I simply could not trust them anymore.

So meanwhile I shall just continue raising hell with them by email, telephone calls and any support I can give to this Forum in any way I can.

Following the ups and downs of this forum over the last few days has saved my sanity. So thanks to all of you for the support you give and I firmly believe that all will be resolved in the very near future.

  • Hi guys

I've been keeping a low profile over the last few days but have been checking in to keep up to date. Congratulations to those that got their money yesterday and today, but it's too few and too slow. I can't imagine why it's taking so long. If they've got a list why aren't they working harder to clear it? The longer it takes, the more disgruntled everyone is, even those of us that have been paid. Surely, the bad publicity isn't worth it.

I'm really hoping that tomorrow brings a lot more payments. Best of luck to those of you still waiting!
    CHAPS 8/10 received Halifax 20/10
    BACS 18/11 (£30) (actioned 19/11) received CHAPS Halifax 21/11
    BACS 24/11 (£50) (actioned 25/11) received Halifax 28/11

    Stercus accidit:cool:
  • Having sent emails to each of the ING Senior Leadership mentioned on a previous post I today received an email from Alastair Hemmings,
    Alastair.Hemmings@ingdirect.co.uk.

Whilst instructions were given to process all transactions, we have now identified that some transactions have failed. As a result, these payments have not yet been released and we are working with all parties involved to release the payments in the quickest possible way so the funds are available to you as a matter of urgency.

We cannot stress enough that your money is safe and we continue our commitment to you in terms of resolving this issue.

I have confirmed that our Customer Service Team have your details and will be contacting you shortly to update you on the timing of your transactions being released. However, if you have any queries in the meantime or I can be of further assistance, please contact me on 0118 938 1952.

I received this today at 12:45.

Funds are still not in my linked account, I have not heard from the Customer Service Team - not really sure what "shortly" means.

I would like to thank Mr Hemmings for at least taking the time to respond to my email which none of the others concerned have done including Johan de Wit, Fefeike Brouwer, Julian Hartley,, etc etc although the response still appears to be "the company line" which tells us nothing.

No-one has yet told me "which clearing bank" there is a problem with - an issue Mr Hemmings clearly did not feel prudent to clear up?

Congratulations Mr Fury on receiving your funds :T glad to see someone has had a result, I am getting where I daren't switch the computer on - either me or my hubby check the link account every hour ....... it is really getting me down now.

Thanks Martin and Dan for your continued pushing for those of us STILL WAITING.

The holiday we were going to book will now have gone making us even more depressed. Thanks for nothing ING!!

I'm still here too. The names of the people here change so I don't know any of you but the problem is still the same.
