There are still 13 people (who have given their payment details) who are awaiting BACS transfers, so you are not alone.

My interest was added on the 1st of the month.

Called KE, having exhausted all patience I had with them. I had considered that not calling them would allow them to get on with the business of getting on with their business. But apparently not so easy. The upshot is that it seems to me that it is very worth calling. They appear to put you on a list once you have called them and that this list is then examined and each person contacted either by phone or email on an every other day basis until they can tell you when the transfer will take place. It seems to me that this is a list of 'complainants' if you like, those that are clamouring for their cash. As ever, those that shout loudest get the most, and I would hazard a guess that of the remaining problem transfers they are going to go to those who shout first. After all, if you don't want it now you won't be complaining about it.

So I would recommending to anyone that hasn't to pick up the phone and get dialling, ask some questions and get put on the list.

I did a CHAPS transfer on 14/10/08 but no sign of my cash either.

I rang the number on the fist post and later got an email to say it's a problem with the clearing bank. No hint when I'll get the money and I'm getting desperate.

Just had my 7th Oct CHAPS returned to linked account within the last 10 mins. Had a phone call from KE yesterday morning saying money had been released and would be with me by COB Friday if not sooner. A result!
Here's hoping more today and a lot more tomorrow for people.

Yeah, this is all I've had from badgering them since last Sunday. I now cc my email responses to all senior ING staff.
