I believe that the total should be 14 when I registered my outstanding payment (as NormanB) I neglected to register my wife's oustanding payment. We could refer to her payment as that of MrsNormanB?

I only have you once on the list of transfers, clearly if you and your wife have made BACS then the total would be 14 - and I'm sure there are more who I don't have details for or who aren't even on this forum.
I'll make a note that there are 2 BACS for you so if anyone queries again I will include her too.

Anyone viewing this thread who is not in receipt of their transfer, please check your name is on the list .
As I will be at work during the day it will be difficult for me to keep a close eye on who is new and needs adding or who is getting paid – I will try my best. However it would be best if people can, please PERSONAL MESSAGE me if you need adding or removing – do NOT edit the list yourself.

Just come off phone for 5th time to KE - same old story I'm afraid ; yes on the list but no idea when any money will be released . I think ING / KE are actually enjoying all this . I was asked what my concern was ie was it for the safety of my money because not to worry on that score as it is definitely safe !! Yes dont I know it - so safe that not I nor apparently anyone else can get their hands on it !!! I for one will be cancelling and transferring elsewhere my existing ING account because this whole situation has just been diabolically handled by all concerned . Are you reading this ING spokesperson ?

Yeeaahhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Money received this afternoon some time between 2 and 5.40

I rang on Friday and again on Monday when they said someone would call me within 48 hrs. They did ring on Wed at about 9am and advised me money will be in account by COB on Friday - have recvd today instead. (My transfer was done on the evening of the 8th Oct by CHAPS).

Not signing off until everyone has recvd their funds. This thread has been absolute lifeline to me and without it I have no doubt I would have been in much more of a state.

Thanks to everyone and all the keepers of the list to date.

I am delighted for the people who had success today but the rate of transfers is pathetic.

If only one person sat down for a 40-hour week and spent 5 mins per account, they could process 480 a week.

Come on ING and Ernst & Young, get rid of our nightmare please.
