It's ironic I've been trying to get onto business banking online with RBS since 9.00 a.n. - keeps saying too many people accessing internet banking.. lol.. maybe it's all our transfers going through .. :T

I am currently on the phone with KE apparently waiting to find out my status from a team leader.

However, something's really concerned me about their security - in order to verify me, the agent (Callum) asked for my email address, memorable word and three letters from my password - I then found that my active login session had been disabled - which would indicate that he had just used those details to login to my account - this feels incredibly insecure! I since logged straight back in (which should have invalidated the session he had) but really uncomfortable about this.

The response I have just had is that although I called 2 days ago and was told that I would receive a response in 48 hours, my name was NOT on the "spreadsheet" and so had not been sent to head office. All they would commit to do was to send me the email "I should have received" and to send my details on finally to head office.

Anyone who has called them and been promised that their case is being investigated should probably call them again to ensure that their case is actually been worked - as it would appear that they are ignoring some of them.
