Hi just received my "tell you nothing e-mail", basicly saying that the money is being held up by the clearing bank, namely Natwest. Consequently I have filed a complaint with Natwest and suggested they must be delighted with the adverse publicity. If they are not to blame perhaps they will publish a disclaimer and Natwest can then show that KE are pulling more "wool over eyes". Suggest everyone receiving the e-mail should complain to Natwest. Just google Natwest and click complaints link.

Just got in and thought I'd catch-up on the days events - first no money in the linked account (IF), then checked the e-mail and in response to my phone call on friday it appears I have received the standard e-mail about clearing bank hold-up...guess they might have finally realised they have a problem . I look forward to seeing which of us receives our funds first!

I havent read back through todays posts

But looking at hometunes list I see only 4 payments today is that true?



Im afraid it is nusaver I got my money and thought the dam had broken, we are all gutted, inclu me !!
How longer ING can you keep crushing peoples expectations, we may have some news as some on here are getting a phone call at 8.00pm from KE.....HOPEFULLY !!

Think it's 5 had payments today ... Caterina, Sixtytwo, Ippylady, Jacara2 and Robborollover.

Although I'm pleased to get my £20 CHAPS refund today ( ) and elated that some people have received their money today ( ), I'm horrified that there are still so many people waiting for THEIR money to be received! :mad:

Havent seen a message from Jacara2 saying they had their payment! Can you let me know what post number it is and I will check! Or could Jacara2 confirm they have received their payment!

Good idea...let Nat West see the e-mail blaming them and the response could be interesting..........as you say,it doesn't reflect well on them!!!
Somebody,somewhere has got to be made accountable for all this!!!!

No,sorry,Hometune,our payment came through in the very first batch at the end of the first week....we're just hanging on in support and will continue to do so.
Keep up the good work.........ING must be reading this forum,but in case they're not,why not send them the list of savers still waiting?They don't seem to believe us!!!

Thanks for letting me know I will remove you from the list! I thought I would check as someone indicated you had been paid today and I thought I had missed it!

Congrats to all those who have got their money - good to see everyone who has received their money still on site supporting.

Surely ING will have lost so many customers through this whole debacle. I certainly for one won't be investing with them even if their interest rates are good - what a total shambles.

Good luck those who are still waiting.
